What To Do When You’re Feeling Burnt Out
Burnout refers to being empty and psychologically exhausted, without drive, and unable to care. Burnout victims frequently believe there is no way to improve their circumstances.
Burnout occurs when you feel you’re drowning in duties due to extreme stress. And while you’re typically aware when you’re under a lot of pressure, burnout isn’t always noticeable.
Burnout is caused by relentless stress, but it is not the same as being overly stressed. In general, stress entails too much: too many pressures that place an undue physical and mental strain on you. But on the other hand, stressed people may believe they will feel better if they only get everything under control.
