I think we can all agree that bad days are inevitable. Everyone has them from time to time — whether it’s a bad hair day, stressful deadlines, sudden and unexpected life changes, or an argument with a loved one or co-worker that leaves you feeling frazzled and upset all evening.

While it’s easy to accept that life is full of ups and downs, what’s not so easy is knowing how to deal with those hard times when they come. So today, I’m here with some tips on how you can navigate your way through even the worst days like a champion!

Think about the good things that happened today.

It’s easy to focus on the bad things that happen, but it’s important to remember that there are good things as well. It could be as simple as getting a good parking spot or catching up with an old friend. The key is to think about these positives and see what kind of mood you are in when thinking about them. If you’re feeling frustrated or angry, it’s time for a change of topic!

If this doesn’t work for you, try returning to the beginning of the day instead. Think about all the great things that happened before everything went south: waking up and hearing the birds chirping, eating a yummy breakfast, breaking up with a toxic friend from high school, discovering new music on Spotify while…
