When a relationship ends, it’s easy to feel like your whole world is being uprooted. But on the other side of the pain, I’m finding something I didn’t expect: clarity, a deeper sense of self-worth, and energy I didn’t realize I’d been missing. After the initial sadness wore off, I had this strange sensation — a mix of relief and newfound energy. For so long, I’d been pouring my heart, my time, and my whole self into this relationship.
