1. Start Your Day with Intention

Let’s be honest: Mornings can be chaotic. Between hitting snooze, scrolling through Instagram, and deciding what to wear, it’s easy to start the day on autopilot. But what if we slowed down, just a little, to set an intention? I’m talking about a simple, positive thought you can carry throughout the day. Something like, “Today, I’m going to be patient with myself,” or “I’m going to focus on the present moment.”

Why It Matters: Setting an intention gives your day a focus. It’s like planting a little seed that grows throughout the day, reminding you to stay grounded no matter what comes your way.
