A proper Sunday night routine can be life-changing. It will help you wind down and prepare for the week ahead.

Here are some suggestions to help you get started:

Unplug.

This is essential to a Sunday night routine, yet it can be hard to do. You might have trouble letting go of your phone for the night, or you might find yourself scrolling through Instagram even though you know it’s time to go to sleep. That’s okay! We’re here to help you find alternative ways to pass the time while unplugging from social media and other electronics.

Start by setting your bedtime and wind-down times on your phone to prompt you when it's time to put away your phone and pick up a book instead.

Indulge in a beauty routine.

When you get ready for bed, start by brushing your teeth, washing your face and hair, and putting a face mask on. Invest in some affordable skincare products to help improve the texture and complexion of your skin. Under-eye cream and some eye drops are a must to keep your eyes clear and hydrated. Another great beauty tip is to avoid alcohol at all costs so you can get a good night's sleep and wake up looking and feeling your best!

Make a healthy dinner.
