Healing from a broken heart is feeling every ache and pain in your entire being, absent from the one you love, the one you care about, but now they are gone, and you must repair the damage and move on. Many people get stuck in this loop, not knowing how to let go and get past the pain.

Identifying and understanding what happened is a critical element in the quest for healing. It is essential to look within yourself to find out why you are sad and locate where you feel the pain. What was it about this individual that made you feel alive? What was it about them that set your soul on fire? What can you learn from your experience with them to grow and move forward?

A broken heart is not permanent, but it does change you.

Breakups are never easy, whether you or your ex-partner ended the relationship. In addition, reminiscing positive memories from your relationship might make the split challenging to accept.

Whatever you’re experiencing, loneliness, embarrassment, rejection, detachment, sadness, or even relief, is expected.
