There are many situations in life where you can help someone else. If you find yourself in a situation that involves helping another person, don’t hesitate to do it. It doesn’t matter whether or not the person asking for your help deserves it.
People need help every day, and some may not be able to ask for it because they’re too proud or because they can’t speak up. When faced with these situations and an opportunity to help someone else, always remember that doing so is part of being human — and sometimes you have to make an irrational decision if it means helping others out when they most need it.

You may be able to help them in many ways. You could listen to them, give them a hug or give them some advice. The best thing to do is ask what they need from you and do that for them. They are the ones who know what they need at that moment, and we must respect their wishes and help as much as possible.
You can’t always be logical about these things.
I understand that logic is essential, but it’s not everything. Sometimes you have to do something irrational if it means helping someone. You’re going to think about what’s important to you and how much time and energy you want to put into this whole thing. You’ll be able to tell when the person needs help and when they don’t just yet—and those are the times when logic comes in handy!
