There are times of trial and error throughout our lives, devastating loss and despair, incredible breakthroughs, and blessings. We must be aware of everything that is going on mentally, physically, and emotionally. Our experiences shape us, and when we are aware of those emotions, without numbing them, working through them, we can move forward with grace and prosperity.

The problem many people have is being stuck in the past. This can lead to increased drinking and drug abuse. It can ruin relationships and careers. It can be detrimental to an individual’s overall wellbeing– which is something we do not want!
