We all have the occasional negative thought or two. But when these behaviors become a pattern, they can be challenging to overcome and can start to affect your mental health and self-confidence. Recognize Negative Self Talk
The first step in overcoming negative self-talk is recognizing it for what it is. Pay attention to the words you say to yourself, both aloud and internally.
