How to Manage and Lower Stress
Managing stress is a lot easier said than done. It’s hard to know how to do it, so I will show you some simple techniques. Keep reading :)

Pray or meditate.
- Praying and meditating are excellent ways to get in touch with your inner self and find peace, calm, and a sense of connection to the world around you.
- If you’re feeling stressed out, start by taking some quiet time. Sit still and focus on taking deep breaths from your diaphragm (the bottom part of your lungs). Focus on how each breath feels as it travels through your body. Imagine that every breath carries away any tension or anxiety in its path as it travels through your body. This can be an excellent way to start centering yourself so that when you are ready to engage in prayer or meditation, it will feel less forced.
Exercise regularly.
