Take Time To Breathe and Reflect
When someone pushes your buttons or says something you disagree with, it’s essential to take a moment before responding. Take a few deep breaths and try to think of the bigger picture — how will this matter in 5 minutes? Five days? Five years? This reflection can help you gain perspective and realize that the problem is not as dire as it seems in the heat of the moment.
