If you want healthy skin, taking good care of yourself is essential. Of course, good skin is the result of many factors, including genetics and age. But there are things you can do to help your skin look its best.
These include drinking lots of water, getting enough sleep, and eating healthy foods. Exercise regularly and wear sunscreen on sunny days and at night when it’s not sunny — there’s still UV light in the atmosphere! You might also use a moisturizer with SPF 30 or higher, protecting your face from UVA (which causes wrinkles) and UVB (which causes sunburn).
Drink lots of water.
Drinking water is one of the best things you can do for your skin. It helps flush out toxins, keeps your skin hydrated, and ensures you stay hydrated overall. In addition, drinking water helps ensure that all body parts are functioning correctly, including those that help regulate hormone levels and keep the digestive tract healthy.
Drinking water also positively impacts weight management because it makes you feel full, so it’s a good idea to drink a lot of it if you want to lose excess pounds!
