One of the best ways to get fit and healthy on a budget is by doing home workouts. No gym membership is required! There are tons of free fitness videos online that you can use for guidance, and plenty of apps that provide step-by-step instructions for workout routines. Even if you don't have any equipment at home, there are plenty of bodyweight exercises you can do — think squats, push-ups, planks, and so on — that don't require any equipment at all.
Meal Planning
Meal planning is an excellent way to save money while still eating healthily. It can be helpful to make a list of meals you plan on making over the week so that you know exactly what groceries you need to buy. Then, once your grocery list is complete, stick to it when shopping so that you don’t end up buying items that aren’t necessary or within your budget.
