As much as no one wants to acknowledge it, most people have not been perfectly truthful in every situation.

We are all aware that lying should be avoided in general. However, speaking minor white falsehoods to avoid unpleasant situations or assisting someone can be harmless. That being said, no one likes to be lied to and misled inadvertently.

Knowing when someone is not telling you the complete story or is not telling you the truth is a vital talent to have. It allows you to avoid ambiguity and being taken advantage of. You might be able to know whether someone is lying to you if you pay attention to what they’re saying, how they’re saying it, their body language, and the energy they’re exuding.
